Appetizers

You can’t go wrong with the appetizer choices at The Capital Grille. We chose the lobster and crab cakes that don’t use any fillers and the signature appetizer, the Pan-Fried Calamari with hot cherry peppers, perfectly fried with a little spice.

Ribeye at the Capital Grille

Entree & Sides

The Porcini Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15 year aged Balsamic was once again a hit at our table. Cooked and seasoned to perfection and a size perfect for leftovers the following day.

For our sides, we chose two of our favorites from our last visit; the Lobster Mac n’ cheese with large pieces of lobster, and the Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts with bacon…because everything is better with bacon.

Dessert at the Capital Grille

Dessert

When the time came for dessert, the choice was difficult. I have a major sweet tooth which means that I want to try a little bit of everything.

I told our server to surprise me and I was happy to discover why he was recommending the coconut cream pie so strongly.

I’m typically not a huge coconut fan, but this pie was worth all of the praise. I also got to try bites of my table’s desserts which included the Capital Grille Cheesecake made Brûlée Style with Fresh Berries and the warm double chocolate cake with Port Wine infused cherries and ice cream.

I suggest ordering a few and sharing with your table to get the best of both worlds.
