Are you ready for spring?
I know that I am! I’m looking forward to warmer weather and spring flowers.
I’m not really good at personally tending to the flowers, but I’m glad that other people do a great job so that I can enjoy viewing them! It’s also fun to find new inspiration that might actually be doable too.
That’s where the 2017 Cincinnati Home & Garden Show comes in.
What can you expect this year?
Nearly 400 landscape and interior designers, remodeling specialists, manufacturers, retail stores, specialty boutiques and contractors will fill the show floor for the largest and longest-running spring showcase in the region.
More than 400 tons of sand, rock and stone will be trucked into Duke Energy Convention Center to create full-scale vignettes of landscapes and hardscapes, replicating backyards with paved walkways, patios, flowers, shrubbery, water features, gazebos, hot tubs, garden walls and more.
Ready to make your dream room a reality? Several interactive gardening and home improvement seminars led by local and regional experts will be scheduled throughout the show, including Using Technology to Make Your Remodel Picture Perfect, Trending Now – Most Popular Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Designs, Solar Power – Past Present and Future, Building a Dream Log Home and more. Visit cincinnatihomeandgardenshow.com for the full seminar schedule.
Visitors can also enter American Family Insurance’s Room to Dream Sweepstakes for a chance to win a visit from Kathy Ireland to help transform any room in their home. Ireland, a former model and present-day CEO and chief designer of kathy ireland® Worldwide (kiWW®), will provide the sweepstakes winner with $15,000 worth of kiWW® products, including furniture and accessories. To enter and learn more about the sweepstakes at the show, visit American Family Insurance at Booth 801.
Included in show admission, The Garden Market will run in tandem with the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show®. The Garden Market offers a variety of specialty boutiques and retailers displaying garden accessories, décor, jewelry and gift ideas. Gourmet food items including popcorn, coffee, dips, salsas, olive oils, spices and more will be available for your springtime picnics and get-togethers.
