Buffalo Chicken Wrap Using Chick Fil A Chick n Strips

chickfila cover pic 2

This month I was given the challenge to come up with two recipes from catering food  from Chick Fil A. As a Chick Fil A Houston Rd Ambassador, I LOVE their food already, but not the challenge to create a recipe.

The other Chick Fil A ambassadors are amazing cooks, so this was a fun challenge for them.

Optimistic Mommy” made a Chicken Salad wrap using Chick Fil A Chicken Salad  & Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup using Chick Fil A nuggets.

A Bird and a Bean” made Chicken Parmesan Skewers with Balsamic Mozzarella Fondue & Dark Chocolate & Carmel Fondue using Chick Fil A catering foods.

Simply Sherryl” made Chicken Fajita Bites using Chick Fil A nuggets & Dream Pie Bites using Chick Fil A cookies

It’s Free at Last” made Chicken Breakfast Casserole Recipe using Chick fil a nuggets and a Tasty Fresh Fruit Pizza.

For me, the challenge was a source of some anxiety because these other bloggers set the bar pretty high and cooking is not one of my passions.

I decided to come up with two EASY recipes for those of you who also struggle in this area and want something that will taste good that is also FAST!

Today I’m sharing an Easy Buffalo Chicken Wrap that tastes great and is super easy!

I picked up small Chick Fil A catering trays of  fruit, Chick n Strips, Buffalo Sauce and cookies for my challenge.

Next, I got my supplies at the grocery. You don’t need a lot of extra ingredients which is great because I don’t love grocery shopping with kids either. I pretty much said no to them every 5 seconds during our trip.

You will need

Crumbled Blue Cheese

Whole Grain or Flour Tortillas

Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

The heating instructions are on the container so everything is ready to heat and serve which is great for someone like me who never knows what temp to put stuff on.

After the chicken was ready I cut it up, put it in a bowl and poured the Chick Fil A Buffalo Sauce on top.

After mixing the sauce around with the chicken, it was time to assemble the wraps.

My kids chose a flour tortilla.

I opted for the whole grain.

I served it with the fresh fruit tray which is a great mix of fruit that people ACTUALLY want to eat. It has grapes, strawberries, red and green apples and mandarin oranges.

This meal was kid approved and a great dinner!
