My boys are ALWAYS hungry when they get home from school. It can be challenging to have something ready for them that is both healthy and filling.
When it comes to recipes, I like simple and easy to make. I’ve got two recipes that you can easily make before your kids get home with ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.
I slightly modified recipes from the Shamrock Farms website with Roxie’s Midday Menu, which features protein-packed, delicious snacks that pair perfectly with the refreshing single serve milk varieties.
The recipes are healthy, simple to make and sure to please kids of all ages.
