You don’t have to be a big gambler to enjoy a date night at Horeshoe Casino. My husband and I don’t really gamble but we’ve enjoyed our previous dining experiences at Jack Binion’s Steak and Margaritaville that are both located inside Horseshoe Casino.
This time for date night at Horseshoe Casino, we tried Spread buffet located inside the casino for the 1st time.
There was definitely a lot of variety of foods to enjoy for every dining preference.
The buffet is set up by food theme in 5 different dining stations; Rhineland, Asian, Italian, Heartland, Mexican, Marketplace, and a Dessert Bar.
You can get your fill of carved meats at the Heartland Station.
My strategy was to try a little bit of everything. The fish tacos and the shrimp were some of our favorites that evening.
I have a big sweet tooth so the Dessert Bar was one of my biggest priorities.
My favorites that night were the lemon tart and the creme brulee was delicious!
I might have made two trips through the Dessert Bar but to my defense, the plates were a little smaller and I needed to do some research.
That night we also enjoyed a concert by The Fray at the casino.
I’ve enjoyed their music for several years and I was really excited to see them live in concert.
We were invited to watch the concert from the VIP Margaritaville patio, which is reserved for their most loyal guests. The views from the patio area were fantastic!
I went down into the crowd to see what a few other perspectives of the concert looked like. The venue has a beautiful backdrop of buildings in downtown Cincinnnati and the concert views were great from all vantage points.
We had a great date night at Horseshoe Casino. I can’t wait to see who they have on their concert lineup for next year. It’s a great venue to see a show.
