This month I was given the challenge to come up with two recipes from catering food from Chick Fil A. As a Chick Fil A Houston Rd Ambassador, I LOVE their food already, but not the challenge to create a recipe.
The other Chick Fil A ambassadors are amazing cooks, so this was a fun challenge for them.
“Optimistic Mommy” made a Chicken Salad wrap using Chick Fil A Chicken Salad & Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup using Chick Fil A nuggets.
“A Bird and a Bean” made Chicken Parmesan Skewers with Balsamic Mozzarella Fondue & Dark Chocolate & Carmel Fondue using Chick Fil A catering foods.
“Simply Sherryl” made Chicken Fajita Bites using Chick Fil A nuggets & Dream Pie Bites using Chick Fil A cookies
“It’s Free at Last” made Chicken Breakfast Casserole Recipe using Chick fil a nuggets and a Tasty Fresh Fruit Pizza.
I decided to come up with two EASY recipes for those of you who also struggle in this area and want something that will taste good that is also FAST!
Today I’m sharing an Easy Buffalo Chicken Wrap that tastes great and is super easy!
I picked up small Chick Fil A catering trays of fruit, Chick n Strips, Buffalo Sauce and cookies for my challenge.
Next, I got my supplies at the grocery. You don’t need a lot of extra ingredients which is great because I don’t love grocery shopping with kids either. I pretty much said no to them every 5 seconds during our trip.
You will need
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Whole Grain or Flour Tortillas
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
The heating instructions are on the container so everything is ready to heat and serve which is great for someone like me who never knows what temp to put stuff on.
After the chicken was ready I cut it up, put it in a bowl and poured the Chick Fil A Buffalo Sauce on top.
After mixing the sauce around with the chicken, it was time to assemble the wraps.
My kids chose a flour tortilla.
I opted for the whole grain.
I served it with the fresh fruit tray which is a great mix of fruit that people ACTUALLY want to eat. It has grapes, strawberries, red and green apples and mandarin oranges.
This meal was kid approved and a great dinner!
- Chick Fil A Buffalo Sauce
- Reheat-able Chick Fil A Chick n Strips
- 8oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Whole Grain Wraps or White Tortillas
- Bag of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Cook Chick Fil A Chick n Strips at 325 Degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Cut Strips and place in a large bowl.
- Pour Chick Fil A Buffalo Sauce over top and mix well
- Place chicken, blue cheese crumbles and shredded lettuce on a whole grain or flour tortilla and then roll sides in and enjoy.

These would be good with some Chick-fil-A lemonade 🙂
My family loves spicy food. I’d keep some sauce on the side for dipping.
I think for me I would try some grilled chicken strips. Trying to lose wieght and I think it would be a much better option.
These look really good. However, I do NOT like blue cheese. Maybe a mozzerella would still be good with it.
With a total time of 25 minutes, this would make a good weeknight meal.
I would opt for a whole grain tortilla. What a great flavor combination!
Thank you for sharing a family friendly recipe that is easy to put together. The side of fresh fruit is healthy and probably helps relieve some of the heat from the buffalo sauce.
How refreshing!! A healthy chicken wrap with fruit!! Yummy!!
That’s what a good recipe should be: quick, easy and tasty.
I didn’t even know you could buy chickfila chicken and sauce.Awesome. I love this recipe, thanks bunches.
talk about a nice meal that doesn’t take all day to cook, something the whole family can enjoy and i really liked how you added fruit to the party 🙂 great recipe and thanks for share 😉 @tisonlyme143

This recipe looks great! We do not have a Chick Fil A or their products in our area but, I’m thinking it can be substituted.
I regularly make wraps and “burritos” but this is a new twist for me – I’m going to enjoy trying it out!
This sounds good maybe i will try this.
This is a great, simple recipe. My two grown daughters would love this and they could make it themselves.
Boy is this making my mouth water. Yummy

The chicken buffalo wraps look so delicious. Great idea utilizing Chick-fil-A’s catering menu for the chicken. Their food is delicious and I love that you can bring items home to put a nice twist to them.
