Delicious Reasons to Celebrate #NationalPastaMonth at BRIO

Delicious Reasons to Celebrate National Pasta Month at BRIO

It’s #NationalPastaMonth at BRIO Tuscan Grille and BRAVO Cucina Italiana! From October 3-29, guests can enjoy special two-course pasta combos. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to sample the special two-course pasta combos at BRIO Tuscan Grille.

When we were told that we could sample all of the two-course pasta combo menu items, National Pasta Month just became even better.

Soup and Salad BRIO

Soup and Salad

For the first course, we tried the first-course offerings of Lobster Bisque, Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad and the Brio Chopped Salad. For the two-course pasta combo, you pick one of the above options which can be a really tough decision. I would suggest trying to persuade your dining guest into ordering another option so that you can both sample.

Lobster Bisque BRIO

Our Favorites

My favorite was the Lobster Bisque. It’s creamy with large pieces of lobster. I also really enjoyed the Caesar Salad. I liked that the lettuce and toppings were chopped into smaller pieces and the Caesar dressing was delicious.

Wedge Salad at BRIO

My husband’s favorite was the Wedge Salad. I also enjoyed the Wedge but I found it tto be large enough to be an entire meal and I wanted to save room for the main entre. The salad could almost be a meal in itself with the generous amounts of bacon which elevated this salad to the top of the list for my husband.

Pasta Options

  • Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli with spicy black pepper cream, spinach, and grape tomatoes
  • Pasta Fra Diavolo, with a choice of chicken or shrimp, featuring spicy tomato cream sauce, and campanelle pasta *Can be made gluten-free upon request)
  • Pasta Pesto with Chicken (light item) featuring angel hair, grilled chicken, caramelized onions, spinach, tomatoes, red peppers, Feta, and light pesto  *Can be made gluten-free upon request

Pasta Fra Diavolo BRIO

Our Favorites

Once again we were faced with hard decisions but my favorite was the Pasta Fra Diavolo with shrimp. I love spice, which means the hotter the better. This dish had great flavor and heat with shrimp that were cooked to perfection.

Lobster Ravioli at BRIO

My husband’s favorite was the Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli which contained a lot of lobster inside the ravioli and the shrimp that accompanied was fresh and seasoned well. The sauce was absolutely perfect for the dish.

Hungry for pasta?

You can try the two-course pasta combos when you visit a BRIO or BRAVO near you.
