My family tends to be pretty competitive year round, especially when it comes to college basketball tournament time every March. Each of us fills out a tournament bracket and then we determine what the prize is for the family member who gets the most correct. A big part of watching the basketball games is also enjoying the snacks. I like to keep things simple and I have some ideas that are easy for you to implement.
If you are a parent with kids in sports or any extracurricular activity for that matter, you know how challenging it can be to juggle schedules and meals between practices and games. There are lots of adventures that I take on without a second thought. Cooking is an adventure that has always intimidated me… especially cooking seafood. I recently attended a blogger event by Kroger that showed us how Kroger is making seafood WAY easier to prepare.
