I recruited my friend Amanda to join me to preview King Island’s newest thrill ride.
Banshee is the World’s Longest Inverted Roller Coaster with 7 inversions and speeds up to 68 miles an hour!
“The ride layout is specially designed for Kings Island. Elements will include Curved Drop, Dive Loop, Looping interacting with the lift, Zero-G-Roll, Batwing, Outside Loop, Spiral, In-Line-Roll, and Carousel.”

The ride is soooo smooth and the loops are so much fun! I brought my son back later to try Banshee and he LOVED it too!
***An important note is that you cannot wait in line with a bag or purse for this ride. If you have a backpack or purse, your will be asked to either purchase locker rental or find someone you know who is not riding Banshee to hold onto it before waiting in line. Locker rental is $2 an hour.
Banshee is a must to ride if you love roller coasters. You can’t stop smiling as you flip around and you will want to ride this coaster over and over!
