Even as an adult, I love going to trampoline parks. I especially love it when I find a trampoline park that has unique features that set them apart from the others.

I was really impressed on my first visit to one of DEFY’s newest locations in Florence, Kentucky.
Top Things to Do at DEFY Florence
At the Florence, Kentucky DEFY location you’ll find the following features:
- Ninja Obstacle Course

- Extreme Dodgeball
- Aerial Silks
- Zipline
- Slackline
- Parkour
- Stunt Fall
- Tramp Wall
During our visit, I spent time on the slackline and some of the super tramps (extra bouncy trampoline with little effort) while the boys spent most of their time playing dodgeball.
I would love to come back during the day with just adults to try the ninja course and the aerial silks.
How to Save Time in Line Before You Jump at DEFY
You can purchase tickets and fill out your waiver online which can help reduce your time in line. They recommend that you arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes early prior to your Flight Time to check-in.
(Everyone is required to fill out a waiver, even non-jumpers.)
If you do purchase your tickets online it’s important to note that all sales are final and online tickets purchased CANNOT be refunded or exchanged for different dates or times.
Are there Group Rates and Birthday Parties at DEFY?
Group rates are only available Monday -Friday. If you have 10+ Jumpers in your group you need to call ahead to purchase advance tickets.
Birthday parties and field trips are also available for booking.
How much are tickets at DEFY?
The ticket prices are determined by the amount of time you decide to spend at DEFY. The Flight options are 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hours.
Tickets during the week are lower than tickets during the weekend.
Jumpers have colored wristbands that indicate how much time they are allowed to play.
Do you need special socks at DEFY?
Yes, they sell their grip socks and you can bring them back to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. DEFY offers a variety of styles so that kids and adults can still display their individual style.
What ages can participate at DEFY?
All ages are welcome at DEFY. To comply with safety standards, certain attractions are separated by age and size.
Where do I put my valuables at DEFY?
There are lockers that guests can use for FREE. Make sure that your kids keep their phones in a locker so that they don’t get lost in a foam pit.
Are there places for non-jumpers to observe at DEFY?
Yes! Observers will find that there is plenty of seating throughout the park. A parent-favorite at the Florence, Ky location is the red couch in front of the dodgeball course. You can see most of the park from that seating location.
Does DEFY Sell Food and Drinks?
Yes, there is a concession available with food and drinks available for purchase.
How to Save Money on admission at DEFY
For the best value at DEFY, you might want to consider the Flight Club Membership.
At the Florence location, the membership is $20/month and the member can fly every day for 120 minutes. If you plan on visiting a few times a month the Flight Club Membership is a no brainer because it will save you money. The cost of the membership is less than a 2 hour one time flight.
DEFY Tips for Parents
Buy multiple pairs of socks if you have the pass. This will save your sanity and help your kids avoid attempting to bring in a pair of dirty socks. (You know they will try)
You can stay and watch your kids comfortably on the couches or you can run errands while your kids jump, if your kids are older.
