I brought my 10 year old son with me and we were both blown away by the talents of kids in the show. They offered great dance numbers and songs with humor and high energy.
The lead Matilda that evening, Jaime MacLean, was a phenomenal actress. Her ability to memorize and deliver her lines with such authority and conviction made me question her age. Her character is incredibly smart, brave, and bold who doesn’t let her circumstances keep her down.
