Zipline Tour at Adventureworks Cover

I’ve been zipling several times before but my most recent zipling experience takes the prize. My family and I went on a zipline tour at Adventureworks. Adventureworks is located about 30 minutes outside of Nashville and is tucked away near the Narrows of the Harpeth State Park.

Adventureworks started as a business that offered team building experiences and has expanded over the years to offer a variety of activities for groups of all sizes. The zip line canopy tour lasts an average of 90 minutes. Larger groups could take a bit longer and smaller groups could take less time.

Safety is priority #1. We got our gear and an intro of safety instructions for our tour.  We started out on the “bunny” hill of the zip line course.

There was a grandfather in our group who volunteered to go first. I was really impressed and asked him if he was a daredevil. He said he was scared of heights and just wanted to get it over with. He was joining his grandkids and didn’t let his fears stop him from creating a memory with them.

My kids immediately participated without any hesitation.

My younger son tried the trapeze at age 4, and the luge at 5, so zip lining at 6 was a natural progression.

I might regret that later in life.

Each zip line along the way got progressively longer and higher up.  That meant the tour got progressively more AMAZING! The trail along the way also highlighted different trees as you passed by.

Here is a sample of our zip lining in action.

The last few zip lines had bridges to climb to launch off of.

They are the perfect way to get over any fear of heights and are totally safe.

My favorite zip line of the day was the double one.

My husband and I chose to pledge our love by holding hands during this zip.

Our family really loved our zip lining adventure. I would highly recommend trying this adventure.

Adventureworks also offers a variety of team building and themed zip line experiences.

To plan your ziplining tour check out the Adventureworks website . You can also like them on facebook.

**Make sure you check their directions on the website because gps systems can loose signal there.

**I was not compensated for this post. Our family did receive a complimentary visit for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
