Holiday Cheer at Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery
702 Virginia Ave, Indianapolis, IN
Enjoy holiday cheer and spirits at Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery.
You may be surprised that the distillery resides inside a late 1800s carriage repair shop, not a hotel.
“Hotel Tango” is a nod to Travis’ military service and the owners’ names. “Hotel” is for Hilary, his wife, and “Tango” is for Travis based on the NATO phonetic alphabet.
Hotel Tango’s “Salute to Santa” pop-up bar is a fun stop to gather with friends or family for a drink or light bites.
Fun Fact: Hotel Tango is Indy’s oldest distillery founded in 2014.
Hotel Tango partnered with Swiss Miss to create the perfect bourbon for the holidays so you’ll want to try a cocktail with that spirit.
Pictured above is an espresso martini made with the ‘Smallow toasted whiskey and the Sugar Plum Fae.
We tried the “Carlton Spud” as our starter. It’s made with potato skins, bacon bits, jalapeno, cheese, sour cream, and chives.
I highly recommend the “Twisted Sister” pizza if you like spicy food. It has a good kick made with house vodka red sauce, pepperoni, chicken, jalapenos, red pepper, and hot honey.
