Swimsuit season is just around the corner and all of this extended winter weather has affected my waistline.

Especially, because I need to eat healthier. Time to start working on a healthier lifestyle and Chick-fil-A has some ways to help.

Chick-fil-A has a nutritional guide available online or in stores to help guide you in your meal selection process.

Did you know that Chick-fil-A has grilled chicken menu options?

Make sure you check out the new Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, Nuggets, Improved Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, and Grilled Market Salad – much- improved flavor.


Chick-fil-A Smoothies are less than 300 calories and you can add a cup of spinach or carrot to them!

I don’t love veggies and I added spinach to my pineapple mango smoothie and couldn’t taste the difference.


* The  Peach Milkshake made its debut on April 14th.

In February, I created two recipes using Chick-fil-A catering menu items. (Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Homemade Ice cream sandwiches)

The process was really easy. I just ordered my items off of the menu and set up a time to pick them up. Chick-fil-A also offers a delivery service as well.

The other Chick-fil-A ambassadors also made some great recipes.

Optimistic Mommy” made a Chicken Salad wrap using Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad  & Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup using Chick-fil-A nuggets.

A Bird and a Bean” made Chicken Parmesan Skewers with Balsamic Mozzarella Fondue & Dark Chocolate & Carmel Fondue using Chick-fil-A catering foods.

Simply Sherryl” made Chicken Fajita Bites using Chick-fil-A nuggets & Dream Pie Bites using Chick-fil-A cookies 

It’s Free at Last” made Chicken Breakfast Casserole Recipe using Chick-fil-A nuggets and a Tasty Fresh Fruit Pizza.

  4. I am SO glad they’ve made some healthier options. We LOVE Chick-Fil-A and anytime I’m in a hurry after work, or soccer games, we hit up Chick-Fil-A for lunch or dinner. I haven’t tried a smoothie yet though – that’s on my list for this weekend!

  5. I LOVE that grilled chicken is an option now! I’ve tried their nuggets before and they are YUMMY! You can tell it’s REAL chicken unlike some other fast food places that shall not be named lol

  6. Haven’t been there in a long while. The new grilled chicken and the peach shake look really good.

  7. Their peach shakes are so delicious, I am excited they are back. The grilled chicken line is also amazing, especially their grilled chicken nuggets
