When it comes to birthday fun, Liberty Center offers a variety of birthday adventures for all ages. I’m sharing ideas to help you create great memories with your friends or family.
Located on the lower level, the Cub Clubhouse can be reserved for parties and its conveniently located near the escalator that takes you up to the Discovery Center.
The perfect spot for parents to meet up while the kids burn off some energy. The Discovery Center has lots of activities for kids and it’s conveniently located near the Food Court on the 2nd level.
Each guest makes and takes home their own furry friend and there are packages to fit any budget.
Schedule an Auntie Annie’s Tour and learn how to make pretzels. For $7 per person, you get a tour that includes a pretzel and small lemonade. Call in advance for a reservation.

This is a tradition that my kids really enjoy doing with their grandparents. They make it a special day and celebrate over a restaurant of their choice and then go with them as they spend their birthday money. Grab a gift card at the Liberty Concierge and they can use it at any of the stores or restaurants.

Get pampered with options from head to toe with options tailored for all ages. There is a Children’s Menu, preteen facial, and hair and nail service options available.
With an older crowd, there are plenty of wonderful bars and restaurant options perfect for a gathering. In addition to those, the following could be a great alternative.

Liberty Center has several businesses that offer birthday freebies. It’s also a good idea to sign up for rewards programs from your favorite stores or restaurants.

- Graeter’s – You can reserve a birthday table and Sweet Rewards Members can get a sundae 6 days before or 6 days after your birthday. If you buy a cake from Graeter’s they can cut and serve it there.
- Bar de Mar – free dessert on your birthday
- Brio -free dessert on your birthday, a card, and a complimentary appetizer voucher for your next visit
- Cantina Laredo – free dessert on your birthday
- Rodizio Grill -free dessert on your birthday

There are LOTS of wonderful restaurants onsite at Liberty Center with dessert options. For kids or kids at heart, IT’SUGAR has thousands of confection options ranging from the classics, favorites, for taste buds ranging from sweet to sour preferences. You can also pick up an ice cream cake at Graeter’s, cookie cake at Great American Cookies, or cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory.
Perfect for young or old, the AC Hotel by Marriott is located onsite with 130 guest rooms that are perfect for a birthday adventure. The stainless steel pool has a max depth of 4 feet which is perfect for younger kids and adults will enjoy the hot tub that can be enjoyed inside or outside along with an outdoor lounging area. The suites have two King size beds and a sleeper couch. The views balcony viewing area is also perfect for enjoying a nice evening with optimal views for summer concerts.
