We received safety instructions before we took the plunge. The beginning area is very calm which changes pretty quickly.

There are lifeguards located strategically along the course in case you run into any problems. If you fall out of the raft, the water level is only 3-5 feet and you want to float on your back and travel feet first.

For stability purposes, we quickly learned that it was better if my husband sat in the raft vs. on the seat.
We absolutely LOVED our experience!!! We loved it so much that we knew our kids had to try this adventure with us.
