I love any excuse for a theme. I’ve been visiting/ a season pass holder of Kings Island Amusement Park in Cincinnati since I was a kid. As an adult, I love making new memories with my family at the park.

I think it always feels like a movie when you hear the music on International Street as you are leaving after a great day at the park.

There is an assortment of carnival-style games throughout Kings Island. A favorite game probably comes to mind based on where you frequent the park. 

When I think of the Carnival Games, the Coney Island section of the park immediately comes to mind. My boys are big fans of the 3-point basketball challenge.

Did you know that Kings Island was featured on two popular television shows in the 70s?

The Partridge Family visited Kings Island in 1972 on the “I Left My Heart in Cincinnati” episode and The Brady Bunch in 1973 on the “The Cincinnati Kids” episode.

The Kings Island parking lot was also the site of Evel Knievel’s successful record-breaking jump over 14 Greyhound buses in 1975.
